On August 27, 2004, the State of Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (Hawaii Commission) timely filed a certification letter identifying the eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) within Hawaii. 1 On October 25, 2004, the Hawaii Commission filed a request for waiver of the October 1, 2004 certification filing deadline set forth in section 54.314 of the Commission’s rules for high- cost universal service support because it had omitted an ETC. 2 On May 17, 2005, the Hawaii Commission submitted a request to amend its August 27 filing and withdraw the request for waiver. 3 We grant the request to amend the August 27 certification filing. We further grant the request to withdraw and dismiss its October 25, 2004 waiver petition. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the authority delegated under sections 0.91 and 0.291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F.
