 I.  COST  ALLOCATION  MANUAL  REVISION 
 1.  In  this  public  notice,  we  seek  comment  on  the  Cost  Allocation  Manual  (CAM)  revision  filed  by  SBC  Telecommunications,  Inc.  on  behalf  of  Southern  New  England  Telephone 


 Company  (SBC-  SNET),  on  May  25,  2005.  SBC-  SNET’s  revision  includes  a  new  service  that  will  be  provided  to  its  long  distance  affiliate  in  accordance  with  the  Commission’s  OI&  M 
 Order.  1  The  revision  also  reflects  the  addition  of  a  new  nonregulated  activity. 


 II.  PROCEDURAL  MATTERS 
 2.  This  matter  shall  be  treated  as  a  "permit-  but-  disclose"  proceeding  in  accordance  with  the  Commission's  ex  parte  rules.  2  Persons  making  oral  ex  parte  presentations  are  reminded 


 that  memoranda  summarizing  the  presentations  must  contain  summaries  of  the  substance  of  the  presentations  and  not  merely  a  listing  of  the  subjects  discussed.  More  than  a  one-  or  two-sentence 
 description  of  the  views  and  arguments  presented  is  generally  required.  3  Other  rules
