 I.  COST  ALLOCATION  MANUAL  REVISION 
 1.  In  this  public  notice,  we  seek  comment  on  Verizon’s  Cost  Allocation  Manual  (CAM)  revision  filed  on  May  6,  2005.  Verizon’s  revision  includes  routine  changes,  as  well  as 


 changes  for  the  introduction  of  a  new  service  being  provided  to  its  long  distance  and  advance  services  affiliates  in  accordance  with  the  Commission’s  OI&  M  Order.  1 


 II.  PROCEDURAL  MATTERS 
 2.  This  matter  shall  be  treated  as  a  "permit-  but-  disclose"  proceeding  in  accordance  with  the  Commission's  ex  parte  rules.  2  Persons  making  oral  ex  parte  presentations  are  reminded 


 that  memoranda  summarizing  the  presentations  must  contain  summaries  of  the  substance  of  the  presentations  and  not  merely  a  listing  of  the  subjects  discussed.  More  than  a  one-  or  two-sentence
