F. R. § 1.4000), and allow the Association to require condominium owners to install their satellite dish antennas on the roof, which is a common area, and not within their individual exclusive use areas. (47 C. F. R. §§ 1.3 and 1.4000( d)). Parties may file responses to the Petition on or before July 29, 2005 and replies on or before August 15, 2005. One copy of each pleading must be served on all parties. Please place the case identifier, CSR- 6890- O, on all filings.
