In this Order, we set aside, on our own motion, the Forfeiture Order 1 in the above-captioned matter. 2 We were recently provided evidence that Mega Communications of St. Petersburg Licensee, L. L. C. (“ Mega Communications”) paid $10,000 on May 11, 2005 in response to the Notice of Apparent Liability 3 issued by the Tampa Office of the Enforcement Bureau. The above- captioned matter should have been closed with Mega Communications’ payment of the $10,000 proposed forfeiture. Therefore, we cancel the $10,000 forfeiture issued to Mega Communications in the June 21, 2005 Forfeiture Order. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Section 503( b) of the Communications Act of 1934 as amended, 4 and Sections 0.11, 0.311, 1.80( f)( 4) and 1.113 of the Commission’s Rules, 5 the forfeiture in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($ 10,000) issued to Mega Communications of St. Petersburg Licensee, L.
