 REMOVAL  OF  FM  BROADCAST  CONSTRUCTION  PERMIT 
 FROM  FM  AUCTION  NO.  62 


 Report  No.  AUC-  05-  62-  C  (Auction  No.  62) 
 By  this  Public  Notice,  the  Wireless  Telecommunications  Bureau  and  the  Media  Bureau  provide  additional  information  about  the  FM  broadcast  construction  permits  being  offered  in  FM  Auction  No. 
 62.  1  The  Media  Bureau  has  determined  that  Channel  226A,  Charlotte  Amalie,  VI,  FM  138,  had  been  reserved  for  noncommercial  educational  use.  2  Accordingly,  this  vacant  FM  allotment  is  hereby 
 removed  from  the  FM  Auction  No.  62  inventory.  Attachment  A  to  this  Public  Notice  shows  the  revised  FM  Auction  No.  62  inventory.
