On September 3, 2003, the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) timely filed a certification letter identifying the eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) within Washington. 1 On October 27, 2004, WUTC filed a request to amend its September 3 Certification because it had inadvertently omitted ETC Inland Cellular Telephone Company (Inland Cellular). 2 On March 30, 2005, Inland Cellular filed a request for waiver of the October 1, 2003 certification filing deadline set forth in section 54. 314 of the Commission’s rules for high- cost universal service support. 3 We grant WUTC’s request to amend its September 3 Certification. We further dismiss Inland Cellular’s March 30, 2005 waiver petition as moot. 2. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to the authority delegated under sections 0.91 and 0. 291 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C. F.
