 On  August  16,  2005,  New  Skies  Networks,  Inc.  (New  Skies)  filed  the  above-  captioned  application  to  modify  an  existing  earth  station  license  to  add  a  6.5  meter  antenna  that  will 
 use  the  conventional  C-  Band  1  to  communicate  with  the  INTELSAT  AOR  satellite  at  307  o  E.  L.  Pursuant  to  Section  25.112(  a)(  1)  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R. 
 §25.112(  a)(  1),  we  dismiss  this  application  as  defective  because  of  internal  inconsistencies. 


 Specifically,  in  Form  312  Schedule  B,  in  Item  E49,  you  indicate  that  the  Maximum  EIRP  Density  per  Carrier  is  42.7  dBW/  4  kHz.  This  value  is  less  than  and  therefore  inconsistent 
 with  the  average  value  of  60.93  dBW/  4  kHz  as  derived  from  the  values  indicated  in  your  application  for  Maximum  EIRP  per  carrier  of  78.0  dBW  (Item  E48)  and  102  kHz 
 bandwidth  for  the  102KG7W  emission  (Item  E47).  Given  this  inconsistency,  we  cannot  determine  the  proposed  emission  power.

 Accordingly,  pursuant  to  Section  25.112(  a)(  1)  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §25.112(  a)(  1),  and  Section  0.261  of  the  Commission’s  rules  on  delegations  of  authority, 
 47  C.  F.  R.  §0.261,  we  dismiss  your  application  without  prejudice  to  refiling.  2
