 FCC  ANNOUNCES  OMB  APPROVAL  OF  CUSTOMER  ACCOUNT  RECORD  EXCHANGE  RULES 
 CG  Docket  No.  02-  386 
 The  Office  of  Management  and  Budget  (OMB)  has  approved  for  three  years  the  information  collections  associated  with  the  Commission's  Report  and  Order  and  Further  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking  in  Rules 
 and  Regulations  Implementing  Minimum  Customer  Account  Record  Exchange  Obligations  on  All  Local  and  Interexchange  Carriers,  20  FCC  Rcd  4560  (2005).  A  summary  of  the  Report  and  Order  was 
 published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  70  Fed.  Reg.  32258  (2005).  A  summary  of  the  Further  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  at  70  Fed.  Reg.  31406  (2005).  The 
 information  collections  contained  in  the  Report  and  Order  and  the  proposed  information  collections  contained  in  the  Further  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking  were  approved  by  OMB  on  August  30,  2005. 
 See  OMB  Control  No.  3060-  1084.  As  stated  in  the  Report  and  Order,  the  Commission  will  publish  a  document  in  the  Federal  Register  announcing  the  effective  date  of  these  rules.  For  further  information,

 FCC  NOTICE  REQUIRED  BY  THE  PAPERWORK  REDUCTION  ACT  As  required  by  the  Paperwork  Reduction  Act  of  1995  (44  U.  S.  C.  §  3507),  the  FCC  is  notifying  the  public 
 that  it  received  OMB  approval  on  August  30,  2005,  for  the  collections  of  information  contained  in  the  Commission's  Report  and  Order  and  for  the  proposed  collections  of  information  contained  in  the 
 Commission’s  Further  Notice  of  Proposed  Rulemaking.  The  OMB  Control  Number  is  3060-  1084.  The  total  annual  reporting  burden  for  respondents  for  these  collections  of  information,  including  the  time  for
