The Audio Division has before it the “Withdrawal of Application for Review,” submitted on behalf of Charles Crawford (“ Crawford”) on August 11, 2005. Previously, Crawford had filed an application for review of our return of his petition for allotment of Channel 256A at Harper, Texas.
