MCC Iowa LLC (“ Mediacom”) filed a petition seeking a determination that its cable system serving the City of Fort Madison, Iowa is subject to effective competition. However, the Commission previously determined that effective competition exists in Fort Madison in an Order released on June 26, 2003, numbered CSR 5999- E. 1 Mediacom subsequently has filed a motion to withdraw its petition for determination of effective competition. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the motion to withdraw the petition for a determination of effective competition filed by Mediacom IS GRANTED and the petition for determination of effective competition, pursuant to CSR 6804- E, IS DISMISSED. 3.
