L. orbital location in the 18.365- 18.53 GHz, 18.57- 18.735 GHz, 19.7- 20.2 GHz, 28.36- 28.525 GHz, 29.26- 29.425 GHz, and 29.5- 30.0 GHz frequency bands. Accordingly, the launch milestone date for the SPACEWAY 2 Ka- band satellite at 99.2º W. L. is extended from June 25, 2005 to until December 25, 2005. S2630 SAT- STA- 20050914- 00178 E Effective Date: 09/ 23/ 2005 Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Nature of Service: Direct Broadcast Satellite Service On September 23, 2005, the Satellite Division, Policy Branch granted with conditions DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC's (DIRECTV) request, File No. SAT- STA- 20050914- 00178 (Call Sign: S2630), for authority to relocate the DIRECTV 2 satellite from 100.8º W. L. to 100.6º W. L. for a period of 30 days, in order to facilitate the transfer of traffic from DIRECTV 2 to DIRECTV 8. DIRECTV is authorized to operate the TT& C functions of DIRECTV 2 during the drift from the 100.8º W. L. orbital location to the 100.6º W. L. orbital location, and while at the 100.6º W. L. orbital location, using a command frequency of 17.303 GHz and telemetry frequencies of 12.201 GHz and 12.20225 GHz. Once traffic is transferred from DIRECTV 2 to DIRECTV 8, DIRECTV shall not operate the main communications payload on DIRECTV 2.
