 Granted  PanAmSat  Licensee  Corp's  application  for  modification  of  its  authority  to  operate  its  Galaxy  14  satellite  at  125.05°  WL. 
 rather  than  the  125.15°  WL  location  authorized  in  File  No.  SAT-  MOD-  20050215-  00039.  The  Galaxy  14  satellite  would  operate  at 
 the  5925  -  6425  MHz  and  3700  -  4200  MHz  frequency  bands  to  provide  U.  S  coverage.  In  addition,  PanAmSat  corrected  the  command 
 frequency  for  Galaxy  14.  The  command  frequency  of  the  spacecraft  is  6420.5  MHz  rather  than  the  previously  specified  value  of 
 6424.5  MHz.

 SAT-  STA-  20050914-  00177,  to  perform  in-  orbit  testing  of  its  LM-  RPS1  payload  at  150.0º  W.  L.  for  a  period  of  30  days.  Accordingly, 
 Lockheed  Martin  Corporation  is  authorized  to  perform  in-  orbit  testing  of  its  LM-  RPS1  payload  for  the  period  of  30  days  commencing 
 with  the  date  that  the  LM-  RPS1  payload  arrives  at  the  150.0°  W.  L.  orbital  location,  in  accordance  with  the  terms,  conditions,  and 
 technical  specifications  set  forth  in  its  application,  the  Attachment  to  the  grant,  and  the  Federal  Communications  Commission's  Rules.
