 accordingly  PanAmSat  Licensee  Corp.  's  authorization  (SAT-  LOA-  20000929-  00136  as  amended  by  SAT-  AMD-  20021107-  00203)  to 
 operate  its  C-  Band  fixed  satellite  service  GALAXY-  12  satellite  (Call  Sign  S2422)  at  the  74.0°  W.  L.  orbital  location  and  its 
 authorization  to  operate  GALAXY-  12  on  a  temporary  basis  at  the  125.05°  W.  L.  orbit  location  (SAT-  STA-  20041215-  00220)  ARE 
 MODIFIED  to  reassign  GALAXY-  12  to  the  125.15  W.  L.  orbital  location  on  an  interim  basis,  and  upon  completion  of  traffic  transfer 
 to  Galaxy  14  to  relocate  Galaxy  12  to  the  125.25°  W.  L  .orbital  location  to  serve  as  an  in-  orbit  back-  up  satellite  in  the  frequency 
 bands  3700  -  4200  MHz  (space-  to-  Earth),  and  5925-  6425  MHz  (Earth-  to-  space).  Other  than  the  change  in  orbital  location,  the 
 conditions  contained  in  the  prior  authorization  remain  in  effect

 Granted  with  conditions  SES  Americom  Inc.  's  ("  SES  Americom's")  application  for  Special  Temporary  Authority,  File  No: 
 SAT-  STA-  20050727-  00149.  Accordingly,  SES  Americom  is  authorized,  for  the  period  of  120  days  commencing  with  the  date  that  its 
 C-  and  Ku-  band  fixed-  satellite  service  (FSS)  AMC-  23  satellite  is  launched,  to  conduct  in-  orbit-  testing  of  the  AMC-  23  satellite  at  the 
 170.0°  W.  L.  orbital  location  and  upon  completion  of  the  test  to  drift  the  AMC-  23  to  its  assigned  orbital  location  of  172.0°  E.  L.
