 By  the  Deputy  Chief,  Policy  Division,  Media  Bureau: 
 1.  The  City  of  Crystal  River,  Florida  (the  “City”)  filed  a  Consent  Motion  for  Extension  of  Time  (“  Motion”)  to  file  a  response  to  the  Petition  for  Special  Relief  (“  Petition”)  in  the  above-  captioned 
 matter  filed  by  Bright  House  Networks,  LLC  (“  Bright  House”).  The  City  states  that  it  never  received  the  service  copy  of  the  Petition  and  would  like  additional  time  to  review  the  Petition  and  file  a  response. 
 Bright  House  Networks  has  consented  to  the  City’s  Motion.  Therefore,  the  City  requests  an  extension  of  time  until  January  6,  2006.  The  City’s  request  is  granted  and  its  response  to  Bright  House’s  Petition  will 
 be  due  on  or  before  January  6,  2006.  Bright  House’s  reply  will  be  due  10  days  thereafter. 
 2.  Accordingly,  IT  IS  ORDERED  that  the  Consent  Motion  for  Extension  of  Time  filed  by  the  City  of  Crystal  River,  Florida  in  the  above-  captioned  proceeding  IS  GRANTED  to  the  extent 
 indicated  herein. 
 3.  This  action  is  taken  under  delegated  authority  pursuant  to  Section  0.283  of  the  Commission’s  rules.  1
