C. 20554 News Media Information 202 / 418- 0500 Internet: http:// www. fcc. gov TTY: 1- 888- 835- 5322 DA 05- 2 January 4, 2005 WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU ENHANCES LICENSE AUDIT WEB SITE TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO LICENSEES INVOLVED IN THE CURRENT LICENSE AUDIT The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau is in the process of auditing site- specific licenses authorized under Part 22 in the Paging and Radio Telephone Service with a “CD” radio service code and site- specific licenses authorized on private carrier paging exclusive channels under Part 90 with a “GS” radio service code. 1 Licensees must respond to the license audit, electronically, by January 21, 2005. 2 To assist licensees in this audit, two reports have been added to the license audit web site at http:// wireless. fcc. gov/ licensing/ audits/. The links to these new reports are under the section “Audit Progress and Results” for the paging audit. The first report lists licenses cancelled by licensees for discontinuance of service and the second report lists licenses that do not have an audit response. These reports will be updated weekly until the close of the audit on January 21, 2005.
