 ICORNERSTONE,  LLC  FILES  AN  APPLICATION  FOR  OPEN  VIDEO  SYSTEM  CERTIFICATION 


 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.1502,  ICornerstone,  LLC  (“  ICornerstone”),  filed  an  application  on  February  3,  2005  for  certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  serving  various  unincorporated  areas  of 
 Paulding  County,  Georgia.  Comments  are  due  to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the  Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief,  Media  Bureau,  on  or  before  February  8,  2005.  Comments  must  be  filed  in  accordance
