In accordance with the National Public Safety Plan, each region is responsible for planning its use of public safety radio frequency spectrum in the 821- 824/ 866- 869 MHz bands. 6 The Public Safety Plan for Region 20, was originally adopted by the Commission in March 1990, and has been amended several times. 7 Prior to taking action on the Region 20 Plan Amendment, by this Public Notice, we solicit comments on the Plan Amendment. Pursuant to Sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments on or before January 30, 2006, and reply comments on or before February 14, 2006.
