 1.  On  September  4,  2003,  Sprint  Corporation  (Sprint)  filed  the  above-  captioned  Petition  for  Designation  as  an  Eligible  Telecommunications  Carrier  in  the  Commonwealth  of  Pennsylvania.  1  On 
 February  11,  20005,  Sprint  submitted  a  request  to  withdraw,  without  prejudice,  the  above-  captioned  petition.  2  We  grant  the  request  to  withdraw  and  dismiss  the  petition. 


 2.  ACCORDINGLY,  IT  IS  ORDERED,  pursuant  to  the  authority  delegated  under  sections  0.91  and  0.291  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  47  C.  F.  R.  §§  0.91,  0.291,  that  the  request  to  withdraw  the
