 The  Radioactive  LLC  application  for  construction  permit  for  a  commercial  FM  broadcast  station  at  Walhalla,  MI,  Channel  255A,  File  No.  BNPH-  20050103ACP,  was  inadvertently  included  in 
 Attachment  A  to  the  February  18,  2005  Public  Notice  which  announced  that  the  application  was  ready  for  grant  following  full  and  timely  payment  of  the  applicant’s  winning  bid  in  Auction  No.  37.  1  By  this 
 Public  Notice,  the  application  is  hereby  removed  from  Attachment  A.
