 CHAMPION  BROADBAND  CALIFORNIA,  LLC  FILES  AN  APPLICATION  FOR  OPEN  VIDEO  SYSTEM  CERTIFICATION 


 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.  1502,  Champion  Broadband  California,  LLC  (“  Champion”),  filed  an  application  on  February  28,  2005  for  certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  serving  various 
 communities  in  California,  including  Pasadena,  Monrovia,  and  Arcadia.  Comments  are  due  to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the  Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief,  Media  Bureau,  on  or  before  March  4,  2005.
