COST ALLOCATION MANUAL REVISION 1. In this public notice, we seek comment on the Cost Allocation Manual (CAM) revision filed by BellSouth Corporation (BellSouth) on January 14, 2005. BellSouth’s revision reflects clarifications to the nonregulated activities section and new service description/ service description modifications to the transactions with affiliates section of the CAM. II. PROCEDURAL MATTERS 2. This matter shall be treated as a "permit- but- disclose" proceeding in accordance with the Commission's ex parte rules. 1 Persons making oral ex parte presentations are reminded that memoranda summarizing the presentations must contain summaries of the substance of the presentations and not merely a listing of the subjects discussed.
