 AM  AUCTION  NO.  84  SINGLETON  APPLICATIONS  DISMISSED  FOR  FAILURE  TO  FILE 
 By  this  Public  Notice,  the  Media  Bureau  announces  the  dismissal  of  the  AM  Auction  No.  84  window-  filed  FCC  Form  301  tech  box  singleton  applications  listed  in  Attachment  D-  2  to  this  Public 
 Notice.  Each  of  the  listed  applicants  failed  to  timely  file  a  complete  FCC  Form  301  application  and/  or  the  associated  application  filing  fee  and  FCC  Form  159. 


 On  November  17,  2004,  the  Media  Bureau  released  a  Public  Notice  1  containing  a  list  of  AM  Auction  No.  84  window-  filed  FCC  Form  301  tech  box  singleton  applications.  The  Public  Notice  specified  a 
 January  18,  2005,  deadline  for  filing  a  complete  FCC  Form  301  application.  Additionally,  it  stated  that  the  staff  would  dismiss,  without  further  processing,  the  window-  filed  FCC  Form  301  tech  box  application 
 of  any  applicant  included  in  the  November  17,  2004,  Public  Notice  for  which  a  complete  FCC  Form  301  application  was  not  submitted  by  the  January  18,  2005,  filing  deadline.
