R. § 52.15( g)( 2)( i). 1 2 Vonage, and VoEX to obtain numbering resources from the North American Numbering Plan Administrator (NANPA) and/ or the Pooling Administrator (PA). 3 RNK, Nuvio, Point One, Dialpad, Vonage, and VoEX seek the same relief that the Commission granted in an Order allowing SBCIS to obtain numbering resources directly from the NANPA and/ or the PA until the Commission adopts final numbering rules for IP- enabled services. 4 We invite comment on the Petitions for Limited Waiver. Pursuant to applicable procedures set forth in sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, interested parties may file comments on or before April 11, 2005; and reply comments on or before April 26, 2005. Comments may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) or by filing paper copies. See Electronic filing of Documents in Rulemaking Proceedings, 63 Fed. Reg. 24121 (1998). Comments filed through the ECFS can be sent as an electronic file via the Internet to . Generally, only one copy of an electronic submission must be filed.
