 REGION  45  (WISCONSIN)  800  MHz  PUBLIC  SAFETY  REGIONAL  PLANNING  COMMITTEE  ANNOUNCES  PLANNING  MEETING 


 (PR  Docket  92-  273) 
 The  Region  45  (Wisconsin)  800  MHz  Regional  Planning  Committees  announces  that  its  next  planning  meeting  will  be  held  on  Wednesday,  April  13,  2005,  from  1:  00  p.  m.  to  3:  00  p.  m. 


 at  the  Wisconsin  State  Patrol  District  3  Headquarters,  Fond  du  Lac,  Wisconsin.  The  facilities  are  located  on  the  Highway  41-  West  frontage  road,  just  north  of  Hwy  151.  Region  45  encompasses 
 the  State  of  Wisconsin,  except  for  Dane,  Dodge,  Jefferson,  Kenosha,  Milwaukee,  Ozaukee,  Racine,  Rock,  Walworth,  Washington,  and  Waukesha  Counties. 


 The  meeting  agenda  will  include  a  review  of  the  Region  45  800  MHz  plan,  discussion  regarding  reconfiguration,  and  a  product  demonstration  by  Proxim  Wireless. 
 The  Region  45  (Wisconsin)  800  MHz  Public  Safety  Planning  Committee  meeting  is  open  to  the  public.  All  eligible  public  safety  providers  whose  sole  purpose  or  principal  purpose  is  to 
 protect  the  safety  of  life,  health,  or  property  in  Region  45  would  utilize  these  frequencies.  It  is  essential  that  not  only  public  safety,  but  all  government,  Native  American  Tribal,  and  non-governmental 
 organizations  eligible  under  Section  90.523  of  the  Commission’s  Rules  be  represented  in  order  to  ensure  that  each  agency’s  future  spectrum  needs  are  considered  in  the 
 allocation  process.  Administrators  who  are  not  oriented  in  the  communications  field  should  delegate  someone  with  this  knowledge  to  attend,  participate  and  represent  your  agency’s  needs. 


 All  interested  parties  wishing  to  participate  in  the  planning  for  the  use  of  the  Public  Safety  spectrum  in  the  800  MHz  band  within  Region  45  are  encouraged  to  attend.  For  further
