 NEW  INTEGRATED  SPECTRUM  AUCTION  SYSTEM  ORIENTATION  SESSIONS  REMINDER 


 The  Federal  Communications  Commission  will  hold  two  orientation  sessions  for  the  new  Integrated  Spectrum  Auction  System  (“  ISAS”).  This  new  system  combines  the  FCC  Form  175  auction  application, 
 bidding  functions,  and  administration  processes  into  a  single  system.  The  sessions  will  be  held  at  FCC  Headquarters,  445  12  th  Street,  SW,  Washington,  DC.  Those  unable  to  attend  may  view  the  sessions  via 
 webcast  at  http://  www.  fcc.  gov/  realaudio/.  Pre-  registration  is  requested. 
 Session  dates  and  times  are: 
 March  31,  2005  9:  30  AM  –  10:  00  AM  Registration  March  31,  2005  10:  00  AM  –  12:  00  PM  Session  on  FCC  Form  175  Filing 
 March  31,  2005  1:  30  PM  –  3:  30  PM  Session  on  Auction  Bidding 
 April  21,  2005  9:  30  AM  –  10:  00  AM  Registration  April  21,  2005  10:  00  AM  –  12:  00  PM  Session  on  FCC  Form  175  Filing 
 April  21,  2005  1:  30  PM  –  3:  30  PM  Session  on  Auction  Bidding 
 The  morning  session  will  provide  a  step-  by-  step  demonstration  of  how  to  complete  the  fully  automated  FCC  Form  175,  while  the  afternoon  session  will  focus  on  the  functionality  of  the  new  bidding  system. 
 An  opportunity  for  hands-  on  access  to  the  software  will  be  provided  at  the  conclusion  of  each  session.  FCC  staff  will  be  available  to  assist  with  using  the  new  system  and  to  answer  questions.  These  sessions 
 are  being  held  in  advance  of  the  first  auction  using  ISAS,  Auction  No.  60  –  Lower  700  MHz  Band,  which  is  scheduled  to  begin  July  20,  2005.
