A summary of the reciprocal good faith retransmission consent bargaining Notice was published in the Federal Register on March 24, 2005 triggering the cycle for comments and reply comments. 2 Pursuant to Sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, 3 interested parties may file comments on this Notice on or before April 25, 2005, and reply comments on or before May 9, 2005.
