 1.  White  Hall  School  District  No.  27  (White  Hall),  White  Hall,  Arkansas,  seeks  review  of  a  decision  by  the  Schools  and  Libraries  Division  (SLD)  of  the  Universal  Service  Administrative  Company 
 (Administrator).  1  On  June  23,  2000,  White  Hall  filed  an  appeal  with  SLD  of  a  May  19,  2000  decision  by  SLD.  2  On  July  3,  2000,  SLD  denied  the  appeal  because  White  Hall  filed  the  appeal  more  than  30  days 
 after  SLD’s  decision  was  rendered.  3  Appeals  seeking  review  of  decisions  by  SLD  issued  before  August  13,  2001  must  have  been  filed  with  SLD  within  30  days  of  the  decision.  4  White  Hall’s  appeal  was  filed 
 June  23,  2000,  in  contravention  of  this  rule.  We  therefore  deny  the  Request  for  Review.

 4  Commission  rules  previously  required  that  appeals  must  be  filed  with  the  Commission  or  SLD  within  30  days  of 
 the  issuance  of  the  decision  that  the  party  seeks  to  have  reviewed.  This  deadline  was  modified  in  2001  by  an  interim  order,  extending  the  deadline  to  60  days.  See  Implementation  of  Interim  Filing  Procedures  for  Filings  of  Requests
