L. orbit location. See Letter from David M. Brown, Senior Vice President and General Counsel to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC, (Apr. 27, 2006). Specifically, WB Holdings 1, LLC was authorized to operate Ka- band feeder links at the 109.2° W. L. orbital location in the 69.0 - 70.0, 29.5 - 30.0 and 19.7- 20.2 GHz frequency bands.
