Guadalupe Valley Communications Systems, L. P. (“ GVCS”) filed a retransmission consent complaint against Post- Newsweek Stations, Inc. and its subsidiary Post- Newsweek Stations, San Antonio, LP, licensee of KSAT- TV, San Antonio, TX (collectively “KSAT”), pursuant to Sections 76.7 and 76.65 of the Commission’s rules. 1 GVCS alleged that KSAT refused to negotiate in good faith with GVCS for consent to retransmit KSAT’s digital signal. On May 16, 2006, KSAT informed the Commission that the parties entered into a retransmission consent agreement on December 19, 2005 that resolved the pending matter. KSAT requested that the retransmission consent complaint be dismissed. 2. Accordingly, the request of Post- Newsweek Stations, Inc. and its subsidiary Post-Newsweek Stations, San Antonio, LP, licensee of KSAT- TV, San Antonio, TX is GRANTED and the retransmission consent complaint filed by Guadalupe Valley Communications IS DISMISSED.
