 Pursuant  to  Section  79.1  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  on  December  27,  2005,  Springfield  Community  Church  filed  a  petition  for  exemption  from  the  closed  captioning  requirements  based  on  the  undue  burden  standard  for 
 its  program  “The  Living  Word  of  Faith  Telecast.”  In  a  letter  dated  April  26,  2006,  Springfield  Community  Church  requested  that  its  petition  be  withdrawn.  Based  on  Springfield  Community  Church’s  request  to 
 withdraw,  its  petition  is  dismissed.
