Crawford filed comments supporting the allotment of Channel 247A at Garwood and reaffirming his intention to apply for the channel if it is allotted and, if authorized, to build and operate a station on that channel. Channel 247A can be allotted at Garwood with a site restriction of 15.0 km (9.3 miles) northwest of Garwood. The reference coordinates for Channel 247A at Garwood are: 29- 33- 29 NL and 96- 29- 12 WL.
