The agenda for the meeting includes: 1. Call to Order 2. Introductions 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Approval of Minutes of the May 11, 2006 Meeting 5. Old Business a. Plan Revisions: i. Coordination with Adjacent Regions/ Border Sharing Agreement ii. Computer Assisted Pre- coordination Resource and Database System (CAPRAD) access b. Other 6. New Business – Submittal of Plan to FCC 7. Next Meeting Date 8. Adjournment The Region 21 700 MHz Public Safety Regional Planning Committee meeting is open to the public. All eligible public safety providers whose sole or principal purpose is to protect the safety of life, health, or property in Michigan would utilize these frequencies. It is essential that not only public safety, but all government, Native American Tribal, and non- governmental organizations eligible under Section 90.523 of the Commission’s Rules be represented in order to ensure that each agency’s future spectrum needs are considered in the allocation process. Administrators who are not conversant with telecommunications technology should ensure that their respective agencies are represented by suitably conversant staff.
