Zion Temple, dba Call from the Mountain Media Ministries (“ Mt. Zion”) filed a petition for exemption from the closed captioning requirements based on the undue burden standard for its program “It’s a New Day.” In a letter dated June 5, 2006, Mt. Zion requested that its petition be withdrawn. Based on Mt. Zion’s request to withdraw, its petition is dismissed.
