 REQUEST  FOR  EXEMPTION  FROM  COMMISSION’S  CLOSED  CAPTIONING  RULES  DISMISSED

 Pursuant  to  Section  79.1  of  the  Commission’s  rules,  on  June  2,  2005,  Mt.  Zion  Temple,  dba  Call  from  the  Mountain  Media  Ministries  (“  Mt.  Zion”)  filed  a  petition  for  exemption  from  the  closed  captioning 
 requirements  based  on  the  undue  burden  standard  for  its  program  “It’s  a  New  Day.”  In  a  letter  dated  June  5,  2006,  Mt.  Zion  requested  that  its  petition  be  withdrawn.  Based  on  Mt.  Zion’s  request  to  withdraw,  its  petition 
 is  dismissed.
