 Pursuant  to  47  C.  F.  R.  §76.1502,  Century  Communications  of  Florida,  Inc.,  (“  Century”)  filed  an  application  on  January  23,  2006  for  certification  to  operate  an  Open  Video  System  serving  the  community 
 known  as  Viscaya  located  in  Miami-  Dade  County,  Florida.  Comments  are  due  to  be  filed  with  the  Office  of  the  Secretary  and  the  Office  of  the  Bureau  Chief,  Media  Bureau,  on  or  before  January  27,  2006.  Comments
