April 6, 2006). A summary of the Report and Order was published in the Federal Register at 71 FR 25967 (May 3, 2006). The information collections contained in section 64.1200( a)( 3)( i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (vi) of the Commission’s rules, as adopted by the Report and Order, were approved by OMB on July 19, 2006. See OMB Control No. 3060- 1088. As stated in the Report and Order, the Commission will publish a document in the Federal Register announcing the effective date of these rules. FCC NOTICE REQUIRED BY THE PAPERWORK REDUCTION ACT As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U. S. R. section 64.1200( a)( 3)( i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (vi). The OMB Control Number is 3060- 1088. The total annual reporting burden for respondents for these collections of information, including the time for gathering and maintaining the collection of information, is estimated to be: 5,000,000 respondents, a total annual hourly burden of 13, 180, 000 hours, and $60, 000, 000 in total annual costs.
