On June 3, 2002, Family Stations, Inc. (“ Family Stations”), licensee of noncommercial, educational station WFME- TV, West Milford, New Jersey, filed an Application for Review of the Media Bureau’s Memorandum Opinion and Order denying Family Stations’ Petition for Reconsideration and Alternatively, petition for Waiver of the Commission’s rules. The Memorandum Opinion and Order denied Family Stations’ must carry complaint. 2. On January 19, 2006, Family Stations filed a request to dismiss its Application for Review because the carriage complaint request has been rendered moot by the new must- carry election cycle that commenced on January 1, 2006. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that the Application for Review filed by Family Stations, Inc. IS DISMISSED. 4.
