On April 19, 2004, North Pacific International Television, Inc. (“ North Pacific”), licensee of KHCV( TV), Seattle, Washington, filed an Application for Review of the Media Bureau’s Order on Reconsideration that denied reconsideration and, alternatively, a petition for waiver of the Commission’s rules regarding the denial of carriage of KHCV( TV) by DirecTV. 1 2. On January 11, 2006, North Pacific filed a request to dismiss its Application for Review because the last carriage request became moot because of the commencement of a new carriage election cycle. With the initiation of the 2006- 2008 election cycle, DirecTV has elected to add the signal of KHCV( TV) to its local- into- local service package in Seattle. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, that the Application for Review filed by North Pacific International Television, Inc. IS DISMISSED. 4.
