 NOTICE  OF  PUBLICATION  IN  THE  FEDERAL  REGISTER  AND 
 ANNOUNCEMENT  OF  EFFECTIVE  DATE  OF  THE 
 NEW  SCHEDULE  OF  CHARGES  FOR  APPLICATION  FEES 


 As  provided  in  the  Commission’s  Order  adopted  on  August  30,  2006,  and  released  September  6,  2006,  the  Schedule  of  Charges  for  Application  Fees  was  published  in  the  Federal  Register  on  September  14, 
 2006.  The  Federal  Register  citation  is  78  FR  54204.  After  the  30-  day  notification  period,  the  new  fee  rates  will  be  effective  on  October  17,  2006. 


 The  Application  Fee  Order  is  available  on  the  fees  website  at  www.  fcc.  gov/  fees.  Click  on  “Application  Processing  Fees”  there  is  a  link  to  the  Order,  and  a  subsequent  Public  Notice  dated  September  15,  2006. 
 On  October  13,  2006,  the  2006  Fee  Filing  Guides  will  be  placed  on  the  website  at  the  same  address  as  above.
