Effective immediately, the IRNA is accepting new user registrations for this ESQK web- based system. Beginning the week of November 6 th , eligible registered users may begin requesting and receiving ESQK resources using the new system. The NeuStar Pooling Administrator will administer these resources pursuant to the terms of the Interim Assignment Guidelines issued by the North American Numbering Council for administration of pseudo Automatic Number Identification codes, as modified by the Wireline Competition Bureau’s letter of September 8, 2006.
