On November 13, 2006, complainant Gregory J. Wolfe d/ b/ a Western Payphone Systems (“ Western Payphone”) filed a motion to dismiss, with prejudice, its complaint 1 against World Communication Group Services, Ltd. (“ World Communication Group”). 2 The Complaint alleges that World Communication Group violated sections 201( b) and 276( b)( 1)( A) of the Act, as well as the Commission’s rules, by failing to pay dial- around compensation owed to Western Payphone. 3 According to the Motion, the parties have “reached a mutually acceptable resolution of [their] dispute.” 4 World Communication Group does not oppose the Motion. 5 2. We are satisfied that dismissing the Complaint with prejudice and permanently terminating this proceeding will serve the public interest by promoting the private resolution of disputes and by eliminating the need for further litigation and the expenditure of further time and resources of the parties and this Commission. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to sections 1, 4( i), 4( j), and 208 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S.
