The Telecommunications Access Policy Division has under consideration two Requests for Review filed by RelComm Inc., West Berlin, New Jersey (RelComm). 1 RelComm seeks review of decisions by the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) of the Universal Service Administrative Company (Administrator) approving the Atlantic City Board of Education’s (ACBE) Funding Year 2003 and 2004 applications for discounted services. 2 On October 20, 2005, RelComm filed a Request to Withdraw its Requests for Review of ACBE’s Funding Year 2003 and 2004 applications. 3 We grant RelComm’s Request to Withdraw and, accordingly, dismiss RelComm’s Requests for Review. 2.
