 On  December  14,  2006,  the  Satellite  Division  granted  DG  Consents,  Sub,  Inc.  's  (DG  Consents)  application  to  modify  its 
 nongeostationary  orbit  satellite  system  (NGSO)  in  the  Earth  Exploration  Satellite  Service  (EESS)  operating  in  the  8025-  8400  MHz 
 band.  Accordingly,  DG  Consents  is  authorized  to  reduce  the  number  of  satellites  in  its  EESS  system  from  four  satellites  to  two.
