SECOND ERRATUM 
AUCTION OF FM BROADCAST CONSTRUCTION PERMITS
32 Bidders Qualified to Participate in Auction No. 68

On December 29, 2006, the Media Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released 
an Erratum to a Public Notice that had been released on December 22, 2006 (DA 06-2552), which 
identified the applicants found to be qualified to bid in the upcoming auction for nine FM broadcast 
construction permits (“Auction No. 68”).1  The Erratum identified an additional applicant, Radio Diva 
Inc., that is eligible to participate in Auction No. 68.  This Erratum corrects Attachment B of the Qualified 
Bidders Public Notice to properly identify the construction permit selected on Radio Diva Inc.’s short-
form application, as follows:

The upfront payment information provided in the previous Erratum and remaining information provided

Revised versions of Attachments A, B and C to the Qualified Bidders Public Notice, listing the eligible 
applicants, permits selected, and claimed bidding credit percentages will be made available at 
http://wireless.fcc.gov/auctions/68 prior to the start of the auction.
