 The  Nassau  Broadcasting  Holdings,  Inc.  application  for  construction  permit  for  a  commercial  FM  broadcast  station  at  Jefferson,  NH,  Channel  247A,  File  No.  BNPH-  20050103AIE,  was 
 inadvertently  included  in  Attachment  A  to  the  January  26,  2006,  Public  Notice  which  announced  that  the  application  was  ready  for  grant  following  full  and  timely  payment  of  the 
 applicant’s  winning  bid  in  Auction  No.  37.  1  By  this  Public  Notice,  the  application  is  hereby  removed  from  Attachment  A.
