The Region 30 700 MHz Regional Planning meeting will convene at 10: 00 a. m., at the New York State Office for Technology, Statewide Wireless Network Office, 74 North Pearl Street, 2nd. Floor Large Conference Room, Albany, NY (12220). The agenda for this meeting includes: 1. Review and Approve March 10, 2006 Meeting Agenda 2. Review and Approve January 19, 2006 Meeting Report 3. Old Business/ Plan Development a. Review and Vote on the Regional Plan – Travis LePage i. Interference Protection Criteria and System Design Specifications ii. Procedure for Frequency Coordination iii. Bylaw Revisions 4. New Business/ Comments – Discuss Aggregation of 700- MHz Wideband Channels into Broadband Channels 5. Schedule Next Meeting The Region 30 Public Safety Regional Planning Committee meeting is open to the public. All eligible public safety providers whose sole purpose is to protect the safety of life, health, or property in Region 30 would utilize these frequencies. It is essential that not only public safety, but all government, Native American Tribal, and non- governmental organizations eligible under 1 Region 30 encompasses an area defined by the following 31 Counties of New York State: Albany, Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Clinton, Columbia, Cortland, Delaware, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Green, Hamilton, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Montgomery, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Rensselaer, St. Lawrence, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Tioga, Tompkins, Warren, and Washington.
