 On  May  11,  2005,  the  Pricing  Policy  Division  of  the  Wireline  Competition  Bureau  granted  the  Verizon  telephone  companies  (Verizon)  a  limited  waiver  of  section  61.42(  g)  of  the  Commission’s  rules 
 for  the  purposes  of  Verizon’s  2005  annual  access  tariff  filing.  1  On  February  10,  2006,  Verizon  filed  a  petition  requesting  a  temporary  extension  of  its  previous  waiver  to  permit  Verizon  to  exclude  advanced 
 services  in  its  FCC  Tariff  No.  20  from  price  caps  in  the  2006  annual  access  filing.  2  This  would  include  the  advanced  services  that  were  transferred  to  Verizon  from  its  separate  advanced  services  affiliate, 
 Verizon  Advanced  Data  Inc.  (VADI).  3 
 Interested  parties  may  file  comments  on  or  before  March  3,  2006,  and  reply  comments  on  or  before  March  10,  2006.  When  filing  comments,  please  reference  WCB/  Pricing  File  No.  06-  10. 


 An  original  and  four  copies  of  all  pleadings  shall  be  filed  with  the  Secretary  of  the  Commission.  Filings  can  be  sent  by  hand  or  messenger  delivery,  by  commercial  overnight  courier,  or  by  first-  class  or
