Note: ULS will continue to generate a written notification approximately 90 days before a licensee’s buildout deadline reminding the licensee to notify the FCC when it has complied with the buildout requirements Pleadings The new ULS pleadings feature allows interested parties and the general public to electronically submit pleadings related to a ULS application or license directly from the ULS Website, simplifying the process of making these types of submissions. The demonstration will present the steps needed to: 1) electronically submit a pleading, 2) reference the file number( s) or call sign( s) of the pleading, 3) upload pleading document file( s), and 4) search for pleadings in an application or license search. Note: The FCC will also continue to accept manual pleadings submissions at the FCC Secretary’s office. Registration Pre- registration is required.
