 On  March  3,  2006,  the  Policy  Branch  granted  with  conditions  SES  Americom,  Inc.  's  (SES  Americom's)  application, 
 SAT-  STA-  20060206-  00014  (Call  Sign:  KS49).  Accordingly,  SES  Americom  is  authorized,  for  the  period  of  30  days  commencing  on 
 March  10,  2006,  to  relocate  Satcom  SN-  4  from  172º  E.  L.  to  171.8º  E.  L.  and  to  operate  the  Telemetry,  Tracking  and  Control  (TT&  C) 
 for  the  purpose  of  providing  restoration  capability  in  the  event  that  any  problems  are  encountered  during  the  initial  period  of  its 
 replacement  satellite  AMC-  23's  operation,  in  accordance  with  the  terms,  conditions,  and  technical  specifications  set  forth  in  its 
 application,  the  conditions  attached  to  the  grant,  and  the  Federal  Communications  Commission's  Rules.

 On  March  8,  2006,  the  Policy  Branch  granted  with  conditions  EchoStar  Satellite  Operating  Corporation's  (EchoStar's)  request  for  a  60 
 day  special  temporary  authority.  Accordingly,  commencing  March  21,  2006,  EchoStar  is  authorized  to  (1)  drift  its  EchoStar  10 
 satellite  from  its  testing  orbital  location  at  138.5°  W.  L.  to  110.2°  W.  L.  and  (2)  station  the  satellite  at  110.2°  W.  L.  using  only 
 Telemetry,  Tracking  and  Command  frequencies  in  accordance  with  the  terms,  conditions,  and  technical  specifications  set  forth  in  its 
 application,  the  Commission's  rules,  and  the  attachment  to  grant. 


 Grant  of  this  STA  is  without  prejudice  to  action  on  EchoStar's  pending  application,  IBFS  File  No.  SAT-  LOA-  20051221-  00267  (Call 
 Sign  S2694).
