On December 6, 2005, the Region 6 800 MHz Regional Review Committee filed a Revised Plan, which is a compilation of prior Commission- approved amendments, to replace the original Plan and subsequently submitted amendments. 3 The Revised Plan also includes the following: (1) a restated Plan Attachment G, Table of Channels, to reflect previously- approved channel assignments, including existing licensed systems and new systems; (2) establishes the Table of Channels as an open pool and available to all eligible and qualified public safety entities; and (3) incorporates other minor changes to the text to facilitate the function and administration of the Plan. 1 Region 6 (Northern California) includes all California counties, except Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Santa Barbara, San Bernadino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties. 2 See Request for Modification of Region VI Plan, dated December 5, 2006, from Art McDole, Chair, Region 6 Review and Revision Committee, to Marlene H. However, because the Revised Plan contained channel assignments and allocations previously coordinated with the adjacent regions, and presented no new inter- regional coordination matters, Region 6 did not obtain new letters of concurrence from the adjacent 800 MHz regional planning committees in connection with the Revised Plan. On January 19, 2006, the Region 6 Revised Plan was placed on Public Notice for comment. 5 We received no comments on the Revised Plan. We have reviewed the Revised Plan submitted by Region 6, and conclude that it complies with FCC rules and policies. Accordingly, pursuant to Section 4( i) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U. S. C. § 154( i), and Section 1.102( b) of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C. F. R. § 1.102( b), the Region 6 (Northern California) 800 MHz Public Safety Plan Revision is APPROVED. This action is taken under delegated authority pursuant to Sections 0.131 and 0.331 of the Commission’s Rules, 47 C. F. R. §§ 0.131, 0.331.
